In 2023, the organization has worked closely with vulnerable communities and stakeholders focused on socioeconomic development, youth economic empowerment and protective environment with due importance on gender equity and equality. BITA has implemented 9 (nine) projects, with active participation of children, adolescents, youth, men and women. A total of 1127164 populations reached directly. Annual Report 2021

BITA is excited in celebration of the Golden Jubilee of Bangladesh and 100 Years Birth Centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, and joined in different programs across the working area. This year BITA completed 20 Years Journey with ActionAid Bangladesh. We are very thankful to AAB to support this pioneering rights-based and community driven program where youth and women became able and engaged in immense community initiatives, social mobilization, advocacy and networking, social engagement including to combat COVID-19 pandemic.

Annual Report 2020

Invention of vaccines and incessant ¬ght of humankind in the backdrop of massive deaths and suerings due to outbreak of COVID -19 pandemic ignites hope and boosts resilience. Like other countries, Bangladesh has been combating the unprecedented Corona situation since March 2020, while government had to enforce precautionary and protective measures to prevent spreading transmission and bring the situation under control. On the other hand, the restrictive measures aected livelihoods, income and food security more of low-income group and informal sector people.
