The Skill to Succeed-GG8 Program is a multi-faceted approach aimed at equipping youth with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market. The total target of participants from Year 1 to Year 3 is 6,070, with 4,221 achieved so far — including 2,465 (58.42%) females and 1,756 males.(41.58%). The program boasts a wide array of training modules, including Computer Microsoft Office Application, Data Entry, Graphics Design, Video Editing & Photo Editing, PC Building, Electric House Wiring, Mobile Servicing, and Beauty Care. Additionally, the program includes sessions on employability skills, career counseling, and leadership development, ensuring that participants are not only equipped with technical skills but are also well-prepared for the challenges of the job market. The modules of this project include Mitigate Unemployment, Empowerment, Gender Equality & Social Inclusion, Linkage with Employers, and Community Growth & Awareness. Through the Mobile Training Centre(MTC) these trainings are operated in Coxs Bazar to reach the girls of coastal areas who still can not come out of the house freely due to social and cultural barriers.
